Rebuilt To New Tolerances:

7. All parts sandblasted to bare metal, sprayed with pure polyester resin, sanded & painted with epoxy paint to new appearance.

8. All ways re-ground to new specifications and mating parts hand scraped to new bearing quality.

9. Headstock, gearbox and apron reconditioned with parts and bearings if required.

10. All other bearings, seals, and wipers will be replaced in the process of rebuilding.

11. New crossfeed and compound screws and nuts.

12. Tailstock housing reamed and honed round and straight with new tailstock quill made to fit.

13. 5 HP AC motor, 208-220/440 Volt, three phase

Guarantee:

The machine will be guaranteed to hold new tolerance which means it will hold .0004 in four inches of length turned on a piece of steel and that the bed will be straight and parallel within .0001 per foot. All mechanical work is guaranteed one year with the exception of spindle bearings and electrical controls which are sixty days.
