Position	Description	Requirements	Compensation
Electrical Technician(s)	Should have some college education, must be able to troubleshoot electrical problems, CNC knowledge a plus, wire up panels and boards, mechanical ability a plus. 50k+ for the right person. Painter	Must strip machine tool castings to bare metal by sandblasting, paint remover, grinding and wire wheeling. Apply polyester body filler to castings in order to obtain original smoothness. Sand, prime and glaze all the parts to eliminate nicks and scratches. Prime, finish sand with 400 grit and finish paint. Remove all masking tape. Machine Tool Mechanic(s)	Should possess a high degree of mechanical ability. Take apart and re-assemble lathes, mills, grinders etc...Depending on experience compensation can easily exceed 45k.
