Rebuilt To New Tolerances:

 11. All parts sandblasted to bare metal, sprayed with pure polyester resin, sanded & painted

      with epoxy paint to new appearance.

12 . All ways re-ground to new specifications and mating parts hand scraped to new bearing quality.

13. New spindle bearings. Headstock, gearbox and apron will be thoroughly cleaned and

       inspected. Any bearings, seals or other parts will be replaced if required.

14. New crossfeed and compound screws and nuts. Lead screw is in excellent condition!

15. Tailstock housing reamed and honed round and straight with new tailstock quill made to fit.

Guarantee:

 The machine will be guaranteed to hold new tolerance or better which means it will hold

 .0004 in four inches on a chucked piece and .0001 per foot of length turned between

centers. All mechanical work is guaranteed one year with the exception of spindle bearings

 and electrical controls which are sixty days due to factors which are typically beyond are

control.
