The major components of the machine will be removed and inspected. Worn parts such as
feed screws and nuts, gears, hydraulic parts, etc., can be machined at an extra cost. The ways will be
reground to new tolerances and mating parts hand scraped to fit with proper bearing quality. The
machine will be re-assembled and guaranteed to hold new tolerances. Gear boxes, spindles, electrics,
hydraulics, pneumatics, used DRO’s are not guaranteed. Tolerances are guaranteed one year or
2,000 hours.
Re-manufactured:
The machine will be 100% disassembled. All castings will be sandblasted to bare metal and
painted to new appearance. Other parts will be glass beaded. Any parts showing appreciable wear
will be replaced including bearings, seals, feed screws & nuts, gears, hydraulic parts, electrical parts,
etc. The machine will be guaranteed to hold new tolerances along with all other components for a
period of one year or 2,000 hours, whichever comes first.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the machine upon completion and before shipment.
Gallery will video tape the operation of the machine and then prepare it for shipping by draining all
oil, disconnecting and tagging wires, and disassembling any major components if required. It is the
customer’s responsibility to set the machine in place and perform any re-assembly and electrical
wiring, etc.
